Featured Projects
MET Program SATCOM Facility, Greenland
Scope:In Greenland, LAUKOA designed and constructed a new SATCOM facility for the Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) program. This project was built from the ground up and components included a geotechnical survey, site preparation, foundation construction, and installation of structural components for a 68-foot radome, as well as a utilidor to connect the facility to existing infrastructure. Due to the environmental conditions, the project was completed in two separate phases with the completion of the radome installation and leak test in 45 days during the summer season.
Sharpe Army Depot Demolition & Abatement
Scope: In California, LAUKOA staff managed and executed the demolition and abatement of 12 multi-story buildings in the family housing area of Sharpe Army Depot. The work focused on the removal and disposal of lead- and mercury-containing materials, and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs).
Cybersecurity Systems, USAF Lifecycle Management Center
Scope: LAUKOA provided systems integration and network/systems engineering services to modernize cybersecurity operations capabilities for the U.S. Air Force Lifecycle Management Center’s Foreign Military Sales Program.
Services included hyperconverged infrastructure; network storage; security information and event management; endpoint detection and response, traffic fabric mapping; intrusion protection; access point testing; network load balancing; enterprise services; and more.
