Michael is Native Hawaiian and has spent his entire career executing DOD contracts for agencies across the Pacific. He joined LAUKOA in 2015 and now oversees all operations for the Pacific region, including management and success of service lines, client relations, and compliance.

Dave leads the overall vision, strategy, and operations of LAUKOA, guiding growth, innovation, and culture. He has dedicated his more than 20-year career to federal government contracting. Prior to his current role, he has served as COO and GM for LAUKOA’s Pacific region.

Katie has more than a decade of executive leadership experience in driving business transformation for organizations. Prior to joining LAUKOA, she held combined roles as COO & CFO in the defense and tech industries and spent 26 years in defense consulting.

Andrew oversees the continued development of an innovative, best-in-class information technology environment throughout the company. Prior to joining LAUKOA, Andrew spent 25 years in multiple IT roles across a variety of industries.

Alan brings to LAUKOA more than 35 years of leadership experience in Fuels and Construction. He joined LAUKOA in 2014 as a Fuels Project Manager, growing the program significantly. Alan has led LAUKOA’s Construction and O&M teams and also served 20 years as a U.S. Air Force Command Fuels Manager.

Danielle brings to LAUKOA more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, and capture and proposal management. Since joining LAUKOA in 2014, she has been recognized for leadership, development of others, and creating positive, forward-thinking teams.

Ernie leads LAUKOA’s Contracts & Risk, HR, Compliance, and Entity Integration teams in support of operational excellence and integration objectives. Prior to LAUKOA, Ernie spent 30 years in public contracting — both as in-house and external counsel — including the past 15 as general counsel.

Kekaulike is Native Hawaiian and leads business strategy and operations for Dawson MCG, Inc. He also serves as a Cultural Advisor providing cultural training for LAUKOA and Hawaiian Native Corporation. He joined LAUKOA in 2011 as a Project Manager.

Mike has managed more than 100 contracts supporting DOD and federal clients. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with 40 years of experience in Civil Engineering, O&M, training, construction, and program management.

Jason brings more than 25 years of technical, academic, and leadership experience in a wide range of environmental services. He oversees the LAUKOA's environmental services, focusing on client relationships, best-in-class service, strategic partnerships, growth, and staff development.

Jeff joined LAUKOA in 2022 as a Senior Program Manager in LAUKOA Operations & Maintenance. He has over 20 years of experience working for the federal government in construction, facility maintenance, and education, with seven as an active duty U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer.

Anita is a retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier General with 32 years of service between active duty and reserves. She joined LAUKOA in 2023 and serves as Director of Federal Health, providing leadership to the Operational Health and Healthcare Strategy and Business Operations teams.

Leslie Spears is the Director of SBA Compliance, ensuring adherence to the SBA’s 8(a) Program and other Small Business requirements. With a master’s in forensic accounting and nearly 17 years in banking — eight in audit and compliance — Leslie brings deep expertise and a collaborative spirit to drive growth.

JD has over 15 years of small business management and leadership experience. He served in the U.S. Army for eight years prior to his work in government contracting. JD joined LAUKOA in 2021 as a Strategic Advisor and is now the General Manager for Dawson & Associates, Inc.

Juan brings more than 25 years of experience in organizational execution, strategic planning, and business growth to LAUKOA. Since joining the company in 2013, he has been widely regarded for his people-focused leadership, commitment to mentoring , and ability to foster cohesive, innovative teams.

Chris brings to LAUKOA more than 20 years of experience managing construction, repair, and maintenance contracts, and Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build construction projects. His experience includes program and contracts management, including large-scale, multi-scope projects. Chris serves a leader for both ARD Energy Services and LAUKOA's construction services.

Phillip brings to LAUKOA more than 35 years of operational and leadership experience in both the federal and private construction sectors. He has over 20 years of experience managing federal government clients and Design–Build/Design–Bid-Build construction projects. His career includes the management of a portfolio of construction projects of more than one billion dollars in value.
